Quick Start: from a raw idea to a workflow in 10 minutes
Install Aidbow, run the DBOW loop on a real demand, and get from a fuzzy idea to a shippable workflow in about ten minutes.
TL;DR — Install the packages, give Aidbow one real demand, run the four stages, and you get a scored, summarized, shippable plan. The offline demo runs with zero API keys.

cd aidbow
python3 examples/run_demo.py # offline demo, no API key needed
You should see DEMO OK. The demo runs the full DBOW loop with a mock model so you can inspect every stage before wiring a real one.
Step 2 — Describe one real demand
A demand is not a wish. It is a decomposed brief with constraints:
Demand: launch a landing page for a new note-taking tool
Constraints: solo founder, no budget, 2 weeks, English market
Aidbow's D stage turns this into a structured brief so the rest of the loop has something concrete to aim at.
Step 3 — Run the four stages
- B — Brainstorm: produce directions, each scored on the P-metrics.
- O — Overview: cluster them, surface conflicts, pick a shortlist.
- W — Workflow: turn the shortlist into ordered, shippable steps.
Each stage can be run by a human, an LLM, or an agent — same output contract.
Step 4 — Ship and measure
Take the workflow output and execute it. Then feed what you learned back into the next demand. The loop compounds: better briefs produce better ideas, and better overviews produce better plans.
Next: learn how ideas are scored in The P-metrics, or see the four stages in detail in DBOW explained.
