What is Aidbow? The creative operating system for AI agents
Aidbow is the open-core creative operating system for AI agents — it gives them a right brain with the DBOW loop: Demand, Brainstorm, Overview, Workflow.
TL;DR — Aidbow is a creative operating system for AI agents. It closes the gap between agents that execute brilliantly and agents that think: it runs a four-step loop — Demand → Brainstorm → Overview → Workflow — so work is aimed before it is done.
The problem Aidbow solves
AI agents today are excellent executors and poor ideators. Ask one to write code, summarize a document, or run a pipeline and it will do a credible job. Ask it what to do — which direction, which idea, which trade-off — and you get generic, high-variance, hard-to-audit output.
This is not a model problem. It is a process problem. Creative work needs a loop: understand the demand, diverge on ideas, converge on the best ones, then commit to a plan.
The DBOW loop
Aidbow organizes creative work into four stages:
| Stage | Question it answers | Output |
|---|---|---|
| D — Demand | What are we actually trying to do? | A decomposed, constraint-aware brief |
| B — Brainstorm | What are the possible directions? | Many ideas, scored on P-metrics |
| O — Overview | Which ideas matter, and why? | Clusters, conflicts, a shortlist |
| W — Workflow | How do we make it real? | Shippable instructions |
Each stage has a contract, so any of them can be swapped — by a human, an LLM, or another agent — without breaking the rest.
Open core, precision layer
The framework is open source (MIT). A closed precision layer adds project-tuned P-metrics, a production harness, and refined prompts — it implements the same interfaces and extends the open base without forking it.
In short: Aidbow gives your agents a right brain. Start with Quick Start, or read how the P-metrics score ideas objectively.
